Advanced Aesthetics - Office Policies
Appointments & Scheduling: Appointments are required for all services. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in and paperwork if it is your first visit.
Cancellations & No-Shows: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment time there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If an appointment is not shown there will be a $150 no show fee. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be charged the cancellation fee.
Returns & Refunds: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Retail products may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. In the rare case of an adverse reaction, please contact our office immediately for evaluation.
Payment Policy: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Cherry Payment Plans, as well as CareCredit. Full payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is not expected for medical procedures but may be offered for skincare treatments at your discretion.
Treatment Packages & Series: Treatment packages must be paid in full to receive discounted pricing. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Services within a package must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Minors: Patients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable treatments. Minors (under 18) receiving services must have a parent or legal guardian present at the appointment and must sign consent forms.
Health & Safety: For your safety, please inform us of any recent medical changes, procedures, or medications. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is contraindicated or if the provider feels it is not in your best interest. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Privacy & Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Your health history, records, and treatment plans are kept strictly confidential.
Policy Updates: Advanced Aesthetics reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
