When skin lacks moisture, it can begin to look and feel flaky, patchy or scaly. Dry skin can also feel tight and itchy. What’s more, when your skin is dry, other skin imperfections–such as fine lines and wrinkles–can become more noticeable.
At Advanced Aesthetics, we offer proven treatments that hydrate and nourish dry skin while also addressing other skin concerns. Our highly trained team curates personalized treatment plans to meet your unique skin care goals.
What Treatment Is Offered for Dry Skin?
We take pride in offering proven treatments that deliver the best possible results. For dry skin, we recommend the HydraFacial treatment.
The HydraFacial is a three-step procedure that gently but thoroughly cleanses, exfoliates and nourishes skin using a unique Vortex-Fusion delivery system. Rejuvenating serums infused with actives are delivered into the skin, boosting its radiance and making it visibly plumper, firmer, smoother and brighter.
What Is the Treatment Time for Dry Skin?

- Clarifying HydraFacial - 30 minutes
- Signature HydraFacial - 30 minutes
Treatment times may be a little longer if you opt for add ons, such as a lip perk treatment or an eye perk treatment.

What Are the Side Effects of Dry Skin Treatment?
HydraFacial has no significant side effects. You may feel very light pressure from the wand during the procedure itself. However, unlike other aesthetic treatments, you will experience no pain or discomfort after your session. You may see slight redness which typically dissipates in a few hours.
Most patients see positive results immediately after a HydraFacial session. These include brighter skin and smaller pores. Results may last up to a week. For longer-lasting results and prolonged hydration, it is recommended to have one HydraFacial every four to six weeks.
Who Is Not a Good Candidate for HydraFacial?
Before your dry skin treatment in OKC, you must first undergo a consultation with our team. We will advise you if you are contraindicated against a HydraFacial treatment.
